We are looking for a Video Producer/PM to join our expanding Enterprise In-House Creative team. The Video Producer/PM role will usher video projects through the entire project lifecycle.
You're comfortable producing video, animation, radio, photography, and digital content. You're at ease driving strategic conversations and creative development with internal and external teams. You can make the impossible, possible. You are curious, flexible, and tenacious, with the ability to remain calm amidst shifting objectives and crushing deadlines.
You are a champion for high quality creative execution across channels. Your key responsibility is to supervise, manage and optimize the creative production process and execution of deliverables working with internal creative and motion teams and external partners to tell stories make experiences that capture hearts and minds!
Responsibilities:
• Drive creative development process. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end production process, inclusive of brainstorming, pitching, scripting, talent booking/management and content delivery.
• Collaborate with the creative team and cross-functional partners on content development and production requirements. Deftly pivot when it changes and proactively identify solutions.
• Provide superior client management. Provide clear communication to client partners, team leads and senior stakeholders regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. Manage, anticipate and prioritize frequent feedback.
• Reinforce standard processes in production from creative briefing to launch. Promote high quality standards on all deliverables. Advocate for creative excellence without sacrificing deadlines and business needs. Be an equal and collaborative teammate. Influence the pushing of boundaries.
• Find and manage the best partner production companies and resources.
• Keep tight, tidy budgets and schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of production experience leading the planning, design, creative development and production of marketing content, advertising, partnerships and interactive/immersive experiences within a creative agency or in-house team within
• Experience in Account/Client Management a plus
• Strong sense of priorities with the ability to lead multiple asks/tasks.
• Deep knowledge of video content production, evaluating idea(s) in approach, artists, costs, timing, production to final delivery.
• Can do demeanor, always providing clients with solutions.
Salary Range
$79,350.00 - $130,365.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
